At Walter Rane Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fine art purchase. If your print does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully place the print back in its original protective sleeve and heavy-duty shipping tube to prevent any creasing or damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the tube and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects the returned artwork, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement print within 5 business days.
